In order to reduce the risk associated with releasing an unvetted product design, Infinite Sum endeavored to provide thorough user research identifying areas of improvement for the UI and UX. Working with students from UCI and Carnegie Mellon, as well as individuals recruited through Craigslist, Infinite Sum built more than 100 pages of user research and hours of video.
